What you’ll be doing
  • Inspire a sales team and create exceptional customer experiences in one of our retail stores. Help inspire store teams and develop the best sales specialists by driving sales targets, financials, and store merchandising.
  • Create a superior in-store experience that makes customers feel good about our brand and solutions, and help them choose our wireless products and services.
  • Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
  • Inspire, train, and coach your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify selling skill gaps, then create and implement development plans to meet and exceed individual sales metrics and quotas.
  • Lead store operations (analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with Facilities/Network/IT to maintain store uptime).
  • Monitor inventory, restock shelves, maintain device security, and manage store cleanliness.
  • Manage store merchandising and planogram compliance per company expectations.
  • Complete store opening and closing activities.

We’re hiring immediately and this isn’t your average leadership position. Compensation includes base pay and potential commissions and bonuses.

Base pay: between $42,000 and $55,000 annually, plus up to $21,000 per year in commissions if the team meets sales goals. Top performers may earn an additional $3,000 annually in commissions. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

What we’re looking for

You’re a confident leader who collaborates to achieve results, inspires team members, and engages with customers. You manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and to every person.

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant experience (including military experience)
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work additional shifts during peak periods

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to drive positive results in a team with individual commission structure
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills and the ability to build trust as an influencer
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
