Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
On‑target earnings (OTE) of $50,000 – $70,000
Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
- Provide personalized insurance solutions to meet client needs
- Manage marketing, sales, and customer service activities
- Develop your professional skills through ongoing district training and support
- Must have an active Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities license or be willing to obtain one with training materials provided at no cost
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to learn and grow in a results‑driven environment
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- A desire to pursue a career with uncapped income and unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth while making an impact in your community
Compensation includes base pay options, commissions, bonuses, and performance‑based incentives. Income potential grows as your client base expands. First year on‑target earnings (OTE) of $50,000 – $70,000, however this is an opportunity with uncapped income potential.
