What You'll Do:- Deliver hands-on sales expertise on the retail floor, connecting with customers and helping them find the best optical solutions
- Share your knowledge and experience to coach and uplift coworkers
- Play an active role in daily department operations, bringing efficiency and innovation to every shift
- Set and maintain exceptional standards for customer service, ensuring every guest leaves happy
- Experienced in sales and customer service, ideally within the optical industry
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven team player with a background in retail or healthcare

- Valid Virginia Optician license or American Board of Opticianry (ABO) certification required (at least one is strongly preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of optical sales or dispensing experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience working in a retail or healthcare team environment
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members
- Availability to work weekdays between 9am and 7pm
