Axyde Analytics, LLC is recruiting Corporate Director of Fuel / Program Manager personnel for anticipated DLA fuels services. Requisition 26-0136-SHR-01; 1 planned opening(s). All positions are award contingent. Employment depends on award, funded staffing needs, required Government approvals, verified qualifications and a mutually accepted written offer. Anticipated mobilization is April 2027, subject to the final Government schedule. Axyde is recruiting for the proposed team;

Corporate Director of Fuel / Program Manager: support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services, accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline.

Qualifying bulk-fuel terminal executive/operational leadership, multi-site contract management and authority required by Appendix D; dated experience, availability and Government resume review.

complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training, task qualifications and base access. Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties. TM, acting-TM and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level/timing remains subject to Government confirmation. No clearance sponsorship is promised.

Corporate program role supporting both Montana and Wyoming sites. Planned allocation: 40 hours per week on average, with agreed mobilization, travel and surge requirements. Work location and any remote/hybrid arrangement will be agreed before an offer; security-sensitive duties require the approved work environment. This is an Axyde employee position, not an independent-contractor engagement.

Demonstrate executive operational responsibility for bulk petroleum terminal operation and maintenance, contract interpretation, risk decisions, site-manager oversight and corrective action. This pipeline supports the Corporate Fuels Officer function; it does not establish an additional program-manager billet.

Provide dated terminal/program assignments, decision authority, operating scope, management outcomes and relevant qualifications. The PWS requires Government review/approval of the Corporate Fuels Officer resume. Authority is delegated within Axyde corporate oversight and approved funding/contractual limits.

Review a two-site readiness plan, qualification gaps, service interruption and single-site award case. Demonstrate candid operational judgment and availability for remote leadership and site travel.

During screening, provide dated role-specific examples and course/license names, issuers, completion dates and expiration dates where applicable. Axyde will verify relevant evidence and assess practical competence before assigning independent duties. Current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization; they do not waive required experience or credentials. Qualification is recorded for each named person and each primary/alternate task.
