• Provide transportation services to residents of the facility in a timely and orderly fashion.
• Operate the facility bus or other vehicles while meeting all federal, state, and provincial driving regulations and requirements.
• Maintain the vehicle: perform routine maintenance such as checking and rotating tires, making oil changes, and ensuring brakes are in good order.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with residents, demonstrating a friendly, professional, and energetic personality.
• Work well under time constraints and meet deadlines.

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Active CDL license.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of others and a compassionate approach to resident care.
