Position:
Non CDL Driver I – deliver food service products with a high level of service to customers. Company vehicle GVW up to 14,900.

Pay: $26.50–$28.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday–Friday. Overtime, incentive compensation, and benefits available.

• Drive a company vehicle limited to a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 14,900.
• Assign and complete stops to deliver food service products with a high level of service.
• Load, unload and transport deliveries, including use of hand trucks and safe lifting techniques.
• Accurately record delivery information using a hand scanner and complete all required documentation.
• Monitor refrigeration system, perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, and follow all DOT regulations.
• Communicate delivery or customer issues to the appropriate authority (Customer Service, Territory Manager, Transportation Supervisor).
• Collect payments, manage returns and process paperwork, damaged merchandise, and damaged product.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license issued by the state of legal residence with required endorsements.
• No more than two traffic violations in the past two years, no DUI convictions in past three years, no license suspensions in past three years.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre‑employment testing (drug screen, background check).
• One year of multi‑stop delivery experience preferred; six months local delivery and/or food service experience acceptable.
• Hand cart/hand truck delivery experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Basic knowledge of area and map reading.
