Junior Accountant Midrand, Gauteng Report to: Financial Manager
Seniority Level: Entry Level (up to 2 yrs exp)
Type: Permanent
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Financial Services team in Midrand, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Bookkeeping & Pastel, Matric, and will be proficient in Pastel Evolution. Fluency in Afrikaans/English First Language is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Full debtors function
- Processing invoices, statements, and reconciliations
- Collections and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with general accounting duties
- Supporting month-end processes
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong numerical accuracy, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
