• Preparing and processing invoices.
• Capturing financial information accurately.
• Preparing and sending customer statements.
• Answering phone calls and assisting with customer queries.
• Handling daily administrative duties.
• Keeping financial records and documents organized.
• Providing general office support when needed.

• A certificate in Bookkeeping is required.
• A diploma or degree in Accounting will be an advantage.
• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience is required.
• 3 years of bookkeeping experience will be an advantage.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
