Position OverviewAs a Junior PA and Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a fast learner who is passionate about administrative work and wants to kick-start their career in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in Maths, possess excellent English communication skills, and exhibit sober habits.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and organizing meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
- Matric qualification with Maths as a subject.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A vibrant personality with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Sober habits and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
