Red Ember is seeking a Personal Assistant, based in Midrand, to join our client’s team.
The Person al Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to management, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the business. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings.
Maintain filing systems and company records.
Assist with general office administration and operational tasks.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion of actions.
Support management with ad hoc projects and events.
RequirementsGrade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
Bilingual in both English & Afrikaans
Office based position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Valid driver’s license will be advantageous.
Experience supporting senior management is advantageous
