Administrators must be able to work independently, often making decisions and solving problems on their own. This role requires a high level of concentration and patience as you will manage a large volume of work orders. You will make a great administrator if you can be self‑reliant at work while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

• A minimum of a Matric qualification
• A tertiary qualification is advantageous
• A minimum of 1 year of administration experience
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Mining or Manufacturing industry is advantageous
• SAP or CMMS/EAMS system experience is advantageous
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
• MS Office knowledge
• Good typing skills

• Generating, reviewing, and capturing of work orders
• Driving work order feedback
• Documenting reasons for work not completed
• Providing regular feedback on contractor performance and work order feedback
• Processing of quotes and invoices
