POSITION STATEMENT
To ensure accurate record keeping on receipting and issuing of stock.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Create purchase orders and receipt supplier invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding supplier documentation.
- Process supplier returns.
- Issue stock to contractors and internal staff.
- Create sales orders and job cards.
- Check and Process stock returns.
- Manage inter-site and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
- Assist with stock takes, capture counts, and report variances.
- Compile and send reports to internal teams.
- Scan and file documentation accurately.
- Willing to work after hours or weekends when required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem solving skills.
- Assertiveness
- Good communication skills
- Good admin skills
- Good time management skills
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in stock control, warehouse administration, or procurement will be an advantage.
- MC Office, Excel skills, Word, Email and internet
