Quotes Administrator

Leading medical company based in Midrand requires an experienced Quotes Administrator from the medical / healthcare industry.

Areas of Responsibility
Receipt of RFQ’S/quote requests
Complete quotes with standard Company information
Highlight unusual information / allocation request queries to Supervisor
Source item code from relevant Managers / Specialists if not provided
Maintain an accurate filing system with specific reference to quote / request, as well as updating of schedules
Attend to general secretarial requirements as well as assist with Tenders when required
Effective screening of telephone calls, taking of accurate messages, complete RFQ, handle queries and if possible, refer caller to someone who can assist
Saving and filing of all quotes, hard copies and electronic copies
Improve and ensure quality of all quotes – appearance and content
Assist in completing vendor registration forms (SBD etc.) when required
General administrative tasks associated with the position.

Qualifications
A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement.

Experience Required
Previous experience in a medical company is required
Syspro or similar ERP system would be an advantage
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office including Advanced Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Adobe is a requirement for this position
