Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Must have 15 years of senior building estimating experience.
- Must have extensive knowledge of JBCC, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
- Must have advanced CCS Candy experience.
- Must have Build Smart experience.
- Must have advanced Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project programming experience.
- Must have extensive experience preparing tender programmes and construction methodologies.
- Must have strong commercial, contractual and leadership capability.
- Only candidates with a proven track record in major building projects will be considered.
