Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Must have 15 years of senior building estimating experience.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of JBCC, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
- Must have extensive CCS Candy experience.
- Must have experience with Build Smart.
- Must have extensive experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project programming.
- Must have proven experience in preparing tender programmes and construction methodologies.
- Must possess strong commercial, contractual, and leadership skills.
