Minimum requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Must have a suitable qualification ie. National Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or related qualification
- Must have a Trade Certificate ie. Brick laying, plaster
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Wet Works Foreman, with at least 2 years at a senior/lead level
- Proven experience on high-density residential (Res
3) developments - Solid working knowledge of concrete, brickwork, plastering and screeding practices and tolerances
- Ability to read and work from construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of site Health and Safety requirements (OHS Act)
- Proven ability to manage and motivate large labour teams and sub-contractors
- Must have a valid license and own reliable vehicle
