Aurex Constructors is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager - Renewables to lead the construction and site execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
EDUCATION &SKILLS:
- National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' construction management experience within EPC, infrastructure, power, or renewable energy projects.
- Proven experience delivering:
Solar PV projects, Wind Energy projects and/or BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects. - Substations and Transmission Infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, and site management.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and large site teams.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Willingness to travel and work on remote project sites.

- Manage all on-site construction activities for renewable energy projects.
- Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Drive project execution while maintaining the highest HSE standards.
- Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions where required.
- Manage project risks and construction-related challenges.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE, and Commissioning teams.
- Ensure construction deliverables are achieved in accordance with project milestones.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Support project commissioning, testing, and final handover activities.
