Remote Construction Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to manage complex construction projects from the comfort of your home office. You will be instrumental in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initial design and permitting to site execution and final handover.
• Coordinate and manage communication between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols on all project sites.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Manage project financials, track expenditures, and ensure accurate reporting of budget adherence and variance analysis.

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager , with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and remote collaboration tools .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
