Senior Construction Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Midrand . • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project performance and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure all projects comply with building codes, permits, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to the Gauteng region.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
