• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• A relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in site management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding R50 million.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Midrand, Gauteng area as required.
