• We are looking for a creative self-starter with proven experience in growing digital audiences, driving engagement, and producing high-quality, high-impact content across multiple platforms.
• Playing a key role in shaping and executing the Company’s social media presence, translating complex themes such as innovation, technology, defence, aerospace, and corporate leadership into compelling, accessible, and visually engaging content.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Formal certification in Social Media Marketing and/or Digital Content Strategy (advantageous but preferred where industry-specific).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ demonstrable experience in social media content creation and digital brand management.
• Proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, X, You Tube, or relevant platforms).
• Portfolio of published work demonstrating high-quality content creation (visual, written, and/or video).
• Portfolio or examples of social media accounts managed.
• Examples of content created (video, visual and written), including any use of AI tools.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Canva, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
