MiWay is seeking dedicated MiHelp Advisors to join our 24-hour Emergency Call Centre in Gauteng. You will respond to clients during emergencies with professionalism and empathy, operating on a rotating schedule (four days on, four days off) to ensure continuous service delivery.
Prior experience in client services or admin helps, and emergency call centre exposure is a plus. Ideal candidates have a Grade 12 or equivalent and strong organizational skills.
