As a GTW Frontline Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for customs clearance, ensuring smooth processes and happy customers. • Own the process:
  Provide track-and-trace services for shipments undergoing clearance.
• Deliver excellence:
  Handle clearance-related queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay connected:
  Keep customers updated on clearance status until release is secured.
• Collaborate:
  Work with internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and customer satisfaction.
• Put the customers first by efficiently and effectively attending to their queries
• Maintain standards:
  Implement Global SOPs and ISO guidelines every day.

• Matric
• Degree in Transport and Logistics
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
• Customs knowledge will be an added advantage
• Skills:
