Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a limited-duration contract based in Midrand . This role is ideal for a highly organized customer operations professional with strong experience in SAP , Salesforce , and order processing .
Key Requirements- 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, or Order Management
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce (essential)
- Proven experience in customer order processing , account administration, and customer support
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams
- Experience with in the pharmaceutical, medical diagnostics, or related industries will be advantageous
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution
- Utilize SAP and Salesforce to manage customer data and transactions
- Generate reports and support operational processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
