Customer Experience Advisor

• Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-channel customer service, e-commerce or online and product support, ideally in a call centre environment
• SAP experience (essential)
• Proven experience handling a variety of customers, enquiries and complaints
• Ability to guide customers through online search, product selection and transacting, and to interpret technical specifications accurately
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digitally capable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong sense of urgency
• Accurate data capturing, attention to detail and confidence in financial calculations
• Business-standard English communication
• Adaptable, quick to learn and comfortable taking on other duties as required
• Knowledge of technical product categories (process control and automation, electrical, test and measurement, electronics, tools and consumables) will be an advantage
• Positive, driven team player with a passion for customer care

• Provide multi-channel product and customer support (phone, email, online) in a customer service environment
• Guide customers to self-serve and transact online using the company website and available tools
• Process quotes and orders on SAP
• Handle customer queries and complaints, and manage open order lines
• Back up other functions and territories within the Customer Experience team
• Deliver an effortless customer experience that builds loyalty and supports revenue growth
