We are seeking experienced and passionate Autodesk Trainers to join our network of freelance facilitators. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instructor-led Autodesk training to corporate and public delegates, ensuring an engaging learning experience while maintaining the highest training standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Autodesk training courses in accordance with the approved course outlines and learning objectives.
• Deliver engaging, practical, hands-on training sessions to delegates of varying experience levels.
• Prepare thoroughly for each scheduled course to ensure effective delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to delegates throughout the training programme.
• Encourage learner participation and create a positive learning environment.
• Answer technical questions and provide practical industry examples where appropriate.
• Ensure all training materials, exercises and demonstrations are up to date.
• Complete and submit all required administrative documentation, including:
• Delegate feedback forms
• Trainer reports
• Any additional documentation required by the training provider
• Submit invoices together with the required trainer feedback documentation after each training engagement.
• Represent the organisation professionally when engaging with clients and delegates.
• Maintain current knowledge of Autodesk software releases, industry trends and best practices.

Courses May Include

Applicants may specialise in one or more of the following Autodesk products:

• AutoCAD
• Revit MEP
• Revit Structure
• Advance Steel
• Fusion 360
• 3ds Max
• Sketch Up
• Advanced proficiency in one or more Autodesk software applications.
• Relevant industry experience within engineering, architecture, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure or related disciplines.
• Previous experience delivering technical software training or facilitation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage learners effectively.
• Professional, reliable and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Suitable personal laptop for virtual training delivery.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (preferred).

Qualifications

• Optional:
  Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP)
• Compulsory:
  Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Draughting, Design or a related field.
• Previous corporate training experience.

Working Arrangements

• Training assignments will be offered on a freelance basis according to client demand.
• Courses are scheduled during weekdays.
• Delivery may be virtual, classroom-based or on-site at client premises, or a hybrid combination of in-class and online simultaneously.
• Trainers will be contracted per training assignment.
