Senior Process Engineer

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer to join the Midrand team  role will report to the Industrial Control and Automation Manager.

Key Purpose

The Senior Process Engineer serves as the technical expert responsible for driving manufacturing excellence across all CCBSA plants by standardizing, optimizing, and continuously improving core production processes. This role leads the development of robust process control frameworks, enhances product quality and consistency, and reduces operational losses through data-driven insights and engineering best practices. Working closely with Plant Engineering, QFSE, Packaging, Utilities, and Manufacturing CI teams, the Senior Process Engineer provides advanced technical leadership in mixing, carbonation, pasteurization, CIP, and utilities performance.

The role also supports new technology integration, leads process capability building, strengthens governance and compliance, and enables sustainable, reliable, high-performing operations aligned to CCBSA’s productivity and sustainability goals.
