HVAC Site Manager; Technical

Requirements

• Must have Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering-related qualifications.
• Must have at least 4 years of experience in HVAC / Bio Containment within a medical laboratory environment or similar.
• Must have experience and sound knowledge of project management principles.
• Must have experience in managing projects, including risk management, problem-solving, and project analysis skills.
• Must have a thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
• Must have sound knowledge of health and safety on site.
• Must be computer literate (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
• Must have budget management experience.
• Must be willing to travel for periods out of the country up to 6 weeks
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and passport.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must be willing to travel out of the country.
