WSP is seeking driven and skilled graduates to join its Highways and Rail team. This role offers exposure to multidisciplinary civil engineering projects, including pavement design, geometric road layouts, rail systems, and traffic engineering. Graduates will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, using modern BIM workflows and digital tools to deliver high-quality infrastructure
Responsibilities- Contribute to civil engineering designs across transport infrastructure projects
- Apply BIM workflows and develop models using Revit, Civil 3D, and other digital tools
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and site progress monitoring
- Ensure all deliverables comply with ISO-certified quality standards
- Promote health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards on projects
- Take ownership of tasks, work independently, and collaborate with dispersed teams
- Recent graduate in Civil Engineering
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new design technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment
