Process Engineer - Advanced Materials Production

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced materials, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot process issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and P&IDs.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to transition new materials and processes from lab scale to full production.
• Implement and manage process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and performance.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot tests for new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Provide technical support to production teams and train personnel on new processes and equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably with advanced materials.
• Strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing techniques (e.g., extrusion, molding, composite fabrication), and process control systems.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, COMSOL) and CAD tools.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, collaborating both in-person and remotely.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Experience with automation and control systems is a significant advantage.
