• Perform comprehensive scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fixed-wing aircraft, adhering strictly to manufacturer's guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Diagnose and rectify complex technical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum aircraft availability.
• Conduct thorough inspections, servicing, and repairs of aircraft systems, including engines, avionics, airframes, and electrical components.
• Interpret and utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance procedures.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all work performed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in troubleshooting and incident investigation processes.
• Liaise with flight crews, operations, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities effectively.

• A recognized aviation engineering qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent).
• Valid Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) certification or equivalent international accreditation.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, with a strong focus on fixed-wing aircraft.
• Proven experience with various aircraft types, including commercial airliners and general aviation aircraft.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and avionic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, manuals, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
