Customer Service Rep
- Proper evaluation of returned products (condition, completeness etc)
- Assessing and categorising the product for a decision, sellable, repairable, RTV or disposal against company standard.
- Verification of the return’s documentation.
- Capture and maintain accurate records of all queries.
- Follow up on outstanding cases and provide regular feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
- Prepare reports on returns trends and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 1–2 years' customer service, administration, or call centre experience.
- Experience with in a Distribution Centre, logistics, or retail environment will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
