As the Actuarial Manager, you’ll oversee a team of analysts within the Short-Term Insurance (STI) Actuarial division. You’ll play a critical role in modelling, monitoring, and refining actuarial solutions that directly support business growth and profitability.

• Translate business needs into actuarial models and insights that drive strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of Actuarial Analysts, building technical and professional capability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering clear and impactful insights.
• Develop, implement, and monitor actuarial models and ensure they remain fit for purpose.
• Oversee pricing changes and perform sensitivity analyses to guide profitability and policy growth.
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and efficiencies across actuarial practices.
• Prepare and present reporting and analytics that influence executive-level decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and actuarial standards.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors / Honours degree in Actuarial Science. Progress toward or qualified Actuary.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years’ actuarial experience in Short-Term Insurance.
• Management: 1+ years’ experience leading teams or managing resources.
• Skills:
  
  Strong technical and analytical ability, modelling expertise, data management, stakeholder engagement, and advanced Microsoft Office & actuarial/statistical software.
