Financial Manager CA; SA

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full financial reporting function within tight deadlines.
• Lead the budgeting cycle, including reviewing actuals vs budget and preparing initial submissions.
• Build and refine financial models and feasibility assessments.
• Compile monthly reporting packs for the Finance Executive.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across the business.
• Drive automation and transition manual processes into efficient systems.
• Prepare and sign off monthly audit files, and address audit risks promptly.
• Mentor, upskill, and develop a multi‑disciplinary finance team.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ commercial experience in a Financial Manager role.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team of 5 or more.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy.
• Highly deadline‑driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Advanced financial management and technical reporting expertise.

• CA(SA) — non‑negotiable.
