• Maintain meticulous client records within the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Proven experience as a Skincare Specialist , Esthetician, or similar role with a strong portfolio of client success stories.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions (e.g., acne, hyperpigmentation, aging), and their corresponding treatments.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools for client consultations (e.g., video conferencing, messaging apps).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
• A passion for beauty and wellness, coupled with a strong understanding of product ingredients and their efficacy.
• Certification from a recognized esthetician program or equivalent relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
