About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aesthetician and Skin Specialist to join their premier beauty and wellness clinic in Midrand . You will be responsible for providing advanced skincare treatments, consultations, and personalized treatment plans to a discerning clientele. This role demands a deep understanding of dermatological principles, a passion for continuous learning in aesthetic technologies, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to diagnose skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels , microdermabrasion , laser therapies, and anti-aging procedures.
• Develop and implement personalized skincare regimes and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Educate clients on proper home care routines and product recommendations to maintain and improve skin health.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques, and products in the beauty and wellness industry .
• Maintain meticulous client records and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• A recognized qualification in Aesthetics or Somatology, with professional certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Aesthetician or similar role, with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatment modalities, including medical-grade skincare .
• Proficiency in operating advanced aesthetic equipment and technologies.
