About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Esthetician to join their premier beauty and wellness clinic located in Midrand, Gauteng . This role is integral to delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining the high standards of service our client is known for. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, providing personalized consultations, and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the clinic.

• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin types, conditions, and specific needs, recommending appropriate treatments and product lines.
• Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized skincare procedures with precision and care.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, techniques, and emerging trends in the beauty industry.
• Provide expert advice on home care routines and product usage to ensure clients achieve optimal results between visits.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior estheticians, sharing expertise and best practices to foster team growth.

• A valid esthetician qualification and relevant certifications.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an esthetician, with a strong portfolio of advanced treatments.
• In-depth knowledge of various skincare technologies, product formulations, and diagnostic tools.
• Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proficiency in client management software and basic administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Afrikaans a plus.
