This role is pivotal in providing a range of advanced skincare treatments and personalized client consultations. - Perform comprehensive skin analysis and consult with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer a wide array of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment histories and progress notes.
- Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and products in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Provide clients with expert advice on home care routines and product recommendations.
- Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team expertise.
- Certified Aesthetic ion qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in performing advanced skincare treatments and operating aesthetic equipment.
- Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with a strong focus on building rapport.
- In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatment modalities.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and familiarity with salon management software.
- A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness field and a commitment to professional development.
