About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Beauty Therapist to join their esteemed salon in Midrand . This pivotal role involves providing a comprehensive range of high-quality beauty treatments and services to a discerning clientele. As a senior member of the team, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior therapists, upholding exceptional service standards, and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the salon.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about the beauty industry, dedicated to client satisfaction, and possesses a strong understanding of advanced skincare and treatment techniques.

• Perform a wide array of beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and advanced skin analysis.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to enhance their treatment results.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior beauty therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist.
• Accredited diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP).
• Proven expertise in performing advanced skincare treatments and a broad range of beauty services.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
