Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Skincare Therapist to join their esteemed beauty clinic in Midrand . This pivotal role involves providing expert consultations and delivering a wide range of advanced skincare treatments to a discerning clientele. You will be instrumental in maintaining the clinic's reputation for excellence, offering personalized care plans and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and products to achieve outstanding results.

• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and provide expert consultations to clients, developing tailored treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments , including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, tracking progress and adjusting treatment protocols as needed.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and products in the skincare industry through continuous professional development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior therapists, fostering a culture of learning and skill development.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety protocols within the treatment rooms.

• A recognized qualification in Somatology or a related beauty therapy field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Skincare Therapist, with a strong portfolio of successful treatments.
• Proficiency in operating advanced skincare equipment and administering diverse treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a professional setting.
