Senior Aesthetician & Advanced Skincare Practitioner

Our client, a sophisticated urban spa dedicated to providing bespoke skincare solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Aesthetician and Advanced Skincare Practitioner for their well-appointed facility in Midrand, Gauteng . This role requires an individual with a passion for advanced skincare technologies and a deep understanding of skin physiology and concerns. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of facial treatments, utilizing advanced modalities such as RF, micro-needling, and specialized peels.

• Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to understand client needs and concerns.
• Design and implement personalized advanced skincare treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of high-level aesthetic treatments, including deep cleansing facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, RF treatments, and advanced exfoliation techniques.
• Educate clients on home skincare routines and product recommendations to complement treatments.
• Maintain expert knowledge of skincare ingredients, product formulations, and their effects on the skin.
• Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and technologies in the skincare and aesthetics industry.
• Ensure adherence to all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior aesthetic staff when required.

• A professional qualification in Beauty Therapy or Somatology.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an Aesthetician, with a strong emphasis on advanced treatments.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing facial treatments using advanced technologies (e.g., RF, micro-needling, HIFU, advanced peels).
• In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and effective treatment protocols.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• A passion for skincare science and a commitment to achieving client results.
• Professional presentation and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake further training and development.
• Flexible availability, potentially including some weekends.
