Project Manager and Business Analyst to join a dynamic team Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology and operational improvement projects from conception through to successful delivery.
• Oversee the implementation maintenance and optimization of fleet management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise the deployment and ongoing support of ERP billing and finance platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements define technical specifications and translate needs into effective system solutions.
• Manage vendor partnerships software licensing and IT service contracts ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to IT team members and project contributors fostering collaboration and professional growth.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in IT operations and project management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional IT and business system projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience managing technology vendors and enterprise systems is an advantage.
