As a Customer Support Intern, you will:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Carry out technical and administrative support activities related to service operations.
• Manage and process incoming customer orders and requests.
• Perform order administration and maintain accurate client records in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to qualified Service Technicians or Engineers.
• Collaborate with customers and internal sales teams to resolve queries and clarify orders.
• Assist in resolving technical and commercial problems.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support on technical products and customer solutions.
• Support the Area Service Manager with resource planning tasks.

To qualify for the Siemens YES Internship, you must:

• Have Grade 12 / Matric.
• Be a South African citizen.
• Be currently unemployed and between the ages of 18–34.
• Have excellent communication skills and remain calm in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Be able to meet deadlines and multitask efficiently.
• Be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Show initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and professionalism.
