The Delivery Lead Manager is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery leadership of large, complex Digital Core transformation programs within Reinvention Services. The role integrates technology delivery excellence, client value realization, and people leadership, enabling clients to modernize their digital foundations and unlock enterprise‑wide reinvention. Operating at the intersection of cloud, platforms, data, architecture, and engineering, the Delivery Lead Manager ensures predictable, high‑quality outcomes while shaping delivery strategy, governance, and operating models aligned to C‑suite priorities (CIO / CTO / CDO).

Delivery

& Execution Leadership
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery accountability for large‑scale Digital Core programs across multiple work streams, geographies, and partners
  • Lead program mobilization, delivery planning, and execution across cloud, enterprise platforms, data, integration, and modernization initiatives
  • Establish and enforce delivery governance, cadence, and controls to ensure on‑time, on‑quality, and on‑value outcomes
  • Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and complexity across technology, clients, and third parties
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance, quality, and productivity
Client Leadership & Value Realization
  • Act as the senior delivery counterpart to client executives, partnering with CIO / CTO / CDO organizations
  • Translate Digital Core strategy into executable delivery roadmaps aligned to business outcomes
  • Shape delivery approaches that balance agility, scale, security, and resilience
  • Support value realization by linking technology delivery to measurable business benefits
  • Contribute to account growth through delivery excellence, renewals, and expansion
Digital Core & Reinvention Capability Leadership
  • Lead delivery across core Digital Core domains, including:
    • Cloud & infrastructure modernisation
    • Enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, Core Systems)
    • Data, integration, and core architecture
    • Engineering and Dev Ops at scale
  • Embed Reinvention Services principles across delivery: industrialisation, AI‑enabled delivery, reusable assets, and modern engineering practices
  • Partner closely with architects, engineering leads, and platform experts to ensure technical integrity and scalability
Financial & Commercial Accountability
  • Own delivery financials including budgets, margins, and forecast accuracy
  • Manage commercial commitments, assumptions, and contractual delivery obligations
  • Drive delivery efficiency through right‑shoring, automation, and optimized team models
People, Culture & Talent Leadership
  • Build, lead, and inspire high‑performing, diverse delivery teams across multiple locations
  • Set clear expectations for performance, behaviors, and outcomes in line with Senior Manager standards
  • Actively coach and develop future delivery leaders and career talent
  • Drive a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning within delivery teams
