This role is for a highly driven Data Analyst – Analytics & Visualization who wants more than repetitive reporting. You will influence strategy, uncover meaningful insights, and build high impact visual experiences that shape operational and executive decisions.

We are looking for someone who thrives on transforming complexity into clarity, building visualizations executives actually use, and owning analytics solutions end to end.

• Designing and building interactive Power BI dashboards executives and operational teams rely on daily
• Creating powerful data stories that simplify complex technical environments
• Identifying trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities hidden within large datasets
• Developing executive level KPI reporting and operational monitoring solutions
• Translating business and analytical requirements into intuitive, high value visualizations
• Supporting automation, analytics workflows, and data preparation processes
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability across all analytics outputs
• Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and solving real business problems with data.

You are not just technically strong. You are curious, commercially aware, and obsessed with clarity.

• Strong Power BI experience, including:
  Data modeling, DAX, Dashboard optimization, Executive reporting design
• Experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or analytics focused professional
• The ability to turn large, messy datasets into meaningful insights
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Confidence working independently while contributing effectively within a focused team
• Exceptional attention to detail and visual precision

• Python, Pandas, or Polars
• Telecommunications or service provider environments
• Kibana dashboard development
• ELK stack exposure
• Data governance and data quality practices
• Large scale telemetry, network, or operational datasets

Because this is not a “keep the lights on” reporting role. You will work in fast paced, high impact environments where your insights influence operational performance, business decisions, and strategic visibility.
