We are seeking curious and driven consultants who combine strategic thinking with technology fluency to support CIOs, CTOs and other senior leaders across Africa and beyond.

A role in TS&A gives you an accelerated immersion into the future of consulting that blends pragmatic business acumen with digital expertise. It equips you with an end to end understanding of Total Enterprise Reinvention to a holistic and continuous transformation that reimagines strategy, experience, operating models, value creation and technology foundations for organisations to thrive in a world of constant disruption.

• Support work streams in technology strategy and advisory offerings including technology strategies, transformations, portfolio and programme management, enterprise architecture, operating models, value optimisation and data and AI strategies
• Develop client ready deliverables aligned to strategic analysis and recommendations
• Build a strong understanding of global technology trends
• Manage work streams, deliverables and scope of work
• Contribute to practice development and capability building

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, technology advisory or digital transformation
• Background in Tier 1 to 3 strategy or technology consulting firms is advantageous
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Passion for technology as a strategic growth driver
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, high impact environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
