IT Infrastructure Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• IT Diploma, Degree, MCSE or equivalent qualification
• A+, N+ or related technical certifications
• 1+ year experience in Systems Administration or IT Support
• 2+ years' end-user support experience
• Basic knowledge of Linux, Oracle, and SQL
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence
• 3–5 years' experience in a technical IT environment preferred

• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Microsoft Certified:
  Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate
• A+ and Network+ Certifications

• Administer and maintain server, network, and workstation infrastructure
• Monitor system performance, availability, security, and overall IT health
• Configure and support servers, network equipment, hardware, and business-critical systems
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Maintain cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, antivirus, Active Directory, Group Policies, and user access management
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve escalated IT issues
• Support VoIP, CCTV, and other IP-based technologies
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Oversee IT vendors, service providers, cloud services, and technology partners
• Maintain IT assets and manage hardware and software life cycles
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
• Identify opportunities to enhance IT systems, processes, security, and operational efficiency
• Maintain technical documentation and support audits to ensure reliable and secure IT service delivery.
