• Conduct research related to ERP systems, business processes, and project requirements.
• Assist with project documentation, user guides, and reusable knowledge assets.
• Take meeting notes and support project administration activities.
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and communication materials.
• Support post‑go‑live activities and client queries.
• Learn how business requirements are translated into system solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful client outcomes.
