Join the South Africa partner organization in developing and implementing go-to-market and transformation strategies for the Emerging Southern Africa Region to drive Cisco's business growth for a set of strategic partners. Cisco's partner team provides an outstanding, unique experience for sales professionals by combining the resources of a multinational company and the efficiency of the local sales and engineering community.

Your Impact:
Act as the primary liaison for our Partners in the Emerging Southern Africa Region, responsible for nurturing and growing relationships. Work towards Partners offering Cisco as the first brand preference in all opportunities across verticals.

• Act as the primary liaison for our Partners in the Emerging Southern Africa Region, responsible for nurturing and growing relationships.
• Work towards Partners offering Cisco as the first brand preference in all opportunities across verticals.

• 3+ years of sales or channel experience in the IT industry.
• Being based and authorized to work in the primary location of the job posting.
• Demonstrated experience in transformation and promotion of Cisco local Partners in South Africa.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Cisco one strategy.
• Cisco 360 Partner Program, Cisco education or certifications preferred.
• Ability to provide past examples of influencing internal and external collaborators and guiding partners through their PVI journey.
• Good understanding of channel dynamics.

• Mastery in developing trusted partner relationships, from working level to executive level.
• Excel in working collaboratively within teams globally.
• Understanding of Cisco solutions to serve as a trusted advisor and positioning Cisco’s solutions and architectures in customer engagements.
• Ability to build plans with partners to drive their Cisco 360 partner journey.
• Experience in working with partners in the Emerging Southern Africa Region.
