SAP Consultant, Data Analyst
Job Description
Main Purpose of the Role
To support the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagements/projects, driving operational effectiveness, client satisfaction, and the development of our SAP BI capability.
Key Responsibilities- Support Delivery Managers in the execution of SAP BI projects, identifying and resolving issues to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for follow‑on work and cross‑selling Deloitte's broader offerings.
- Develop and present client documentation, and act as a trusted advisor on SAP BI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and manage risk within engagements.
- Contribute to the development, support, and enhancement of SAP BI systems, providing technical expertise across the full project lifecycle.
- SAP Certification (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Information Systems (diploma or degree)
- 6‑8 years' working experience in SAP BI
- 3 years' experience in SAC Reporting
- 2 years' experience in SAP Data Sphere
- 3 years' experience extracting data from SAP source systems (S4
HANA and Success Factors) - Desired qualifications & experience:
- 3+ years in a client‑facing role
- 5 years' experience in SAC Reporting and Planning
- 3 years' experience in SAP Data Sphere
- 5 years' experience extracting data from SAP source systems
- Experience with other BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, SAP BW, AWS Redshift, Data Bricks)
